3. Capital at Risk and Market Volatility

The financial markets in which the Company operates are inherently volatile. Asset valuations can fluctuate rapidly and without warning due to macroeconomic shifts, geopolitical events, regulatory changes, or broader market conditions. These fluctuations directly impact the weekly calculated profitability and the overall value of assets managed within the Portal. Investors must be prepared to absorb significant losses, including the total loss of principal.

4. Liquidity and Lock-In Constraints

All initial deposits are subject to a mandatory lock-in period of [LOCK-IN PERIOD — e.g. 90 days] from the date of deposit confirmation. During this period, principal capital is strictly illiquid and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or liquidated.
